We worked as part of a wider project team to remove an existing diesel powered pump house and provide a new off grid facility supported by solar photovoltaic panels. The works formed part of a wider sustainability programme to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and improve long term operational efficiency.
The site location within the Pewsey Downs created access and delivery constraints. We planned logistics in detail and coordinated closely with the Principal Contractor and project team. This approach allowed us to complete the works safely, within programme, and to the required standard.

The remote setting limited vehicle access and required careful control of materials and plant movements. We addressed this through early planning, sequenced deliveries, and clear communication across the site team.
By replacing a diesel powered facility with solar PV, we supported a more sustainable and self sufficient asset. The completed pump house now operates independently from the grid and reduces ongoing environmental impact.
Innovations, challenges, solutions
We overcame access constraints through detailed logistical planning and delivered a reliable off grid energy solution for a remote location.
