Part of Whitbread’s national Thrive programme, the facility includes three en-suite bedrooms, a reception, corridor, and linen room – all built to operational hotel standards. It provides up to 36 students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) each year a safe, realistic setting to build hospitality skills and confidence for future employment.

Every element, from the branding to the construction quality, reflects the standards expected of the client and their customers. All fixtures are fully functional: bathrooms are plumbed, electrics are live, and every detail is completed to industry standard. The result is a professional-grade facility that give the students a brilliant resource for hands-on learning.
innovations, challenges, solutions
This facility goes far beyond a replicated hotel appearance; it is a fully operational environment built exactly as we would have in our Premier Inn contracts.
