CLC was the contract lead overseeing asbestos removal, mechanical and electrical upgrades, lift replacement and refurbishment of bedrooms, bathrooms and customer-facing areas. Thanks to our talented team of FIRAS and BM Trada accredited fire protection technicians, we also completed fire door and fire stopping works in-house.
