Biodiversity

Biodiverse habitats are a sign of strong and sustainable communities. We are committed to making a positive and lasting impact on biodiversity and the local environment wherever we operate. Working closely with local communities is key to protecting natural spaces and by investing in environmental safeguarding, we help ensure that future generations can enjoy and benefit from thriving ecosystems.

Waste Reduction

Concept prioritises managing waste properly on every project and in day-to-day operations. We help reduce the total waste generated and increase recycling and diversion rates. We ensure waste is appropriately segregated by waste stream to enable correct disposal and recycling. We are proud to have achieved a 98% recycle rate, demonstrating our commitment to responsible waste management and circular economy principles.

Carbon Reduction

To reach Net Zero by 2050, we must lower emissions across our operations, supply chain and the materials we use. Our approach includes promoting car sharing and the use of public transport where applicable, monitoring energy consumption through quarterly office audits, and encouraging clients to consider sustainable material resourcing and more environmentally friendly options such as LED lighting and solar panels.

Awareness

A company is made up of its people so when the people act responsibly, the company acts responsibly. That’s why we offer high quality, in-depth training for our employees. Changing behaviour often has a bigger impact than changing a process. That’s why we focus on the right training and work with trusted partners to build environmental awareness into our culture.

Procurement

A large proportion of our carbon footprint is linked to our supply chain, and we work closely with our suppliers to drive positive change. We encourage the use of local suppliers and ensure accurate orders are placed to avoid unnecessary waste. Our procurement practices support sustainable material resourcing and help clients make environmentally conscious choices throughout their projects.
