Concept Appointed to Deliver Fire Compartmentation Works
We are pleased to announce that Concept has been appointed to deliver Tranche 2 Fire Compartmentation Works with VINCI across the MOD estate.
The programme will focus on upgrading passive fire protection systems to improve compliance and life safety. Works include fire compartmentation upgrades, replacement of non-compliant fire doors, installation of certified fire door sets, and fire stopping to penetrations, voids, and risers. Remedial works, testing, inspection, and full certification will also be delivered.
Valued at £720,000, the works will take place within live defence environments, where careful planning and coordination are essential to maintain safe and operational sites.
This programme will reduce the risk of fire spread, protect critical infrastructure, and provide a clear audit trail to support ongoing compliance and asset management.
