Concept Appointed for Phase Three Expansion of St Giles School in Retford

Concept has been appointed by Equans to deliver phase three of works at the Retford Post 16 site over six weeks.

The project supports the growth of St Giles School, a special school based five minutes from the site. As the school has grown, it has needed more space and specialist facilities to meet the needs of its pupils.

This phase builds on two earlier ones delivered at the site. The first created space for local authority children's services. The second delivered new learning spaces and WC facilities for St Giles.
