Concept Appointed to Deliver a Fit-Out at Exxon Fawley
We are pleased to announce that Concept has been appointed to deliver the Fawley Facility Fit-Out for Exxon, supporting upgrades to the CMB workshop, Paint shop, instruments & electrical testing bay, and boiler workshop.
The project includes the removal of existing heavy-duty machinery, full strip out and preparation of workshop floor areas, and the application of specialist industrial floor coatings. Our team will also deliver a mechanical and electrical refresh, including upgrades to lighting and power distribution, alongside internal redecoration and the installation of new heavy-duty racking systems.
Works will be carefully coordinated within a live industrial environment, with strict adherence to energy sector safety standards and operational requirements throughout.
This scheme will provide a safer, more efficient workshop layout, improve storage capacity, and ensure the facility is equipped to meet ongoing operational demands. It also reflects a continued and strengthening relationship with a key client in the energy sector.
