Axis CLC Acquires Concept Building Services
- Acquisition enhances the Group’s capabilities and expands its offering within the defence and critical national infrastructure end market

LONDON – December 18, 2025 – Axis CLC (the “Group”), a UK leader in critical property maintenance and compliance services backed by H.I.G. Capital, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Concept Building Services (“Concept” or the “Company”), a national provider of planned and reactive maintenance, mechanical and electrical engineering, and compliance services to the defence and critical national infrastructure end markets.
This strategic move enhances Axis CLC’s capability and capacity to offer its full range of services in critical and secure environments across the public and private sectors. It marks the Group’s first acquisition since Axis and CLC came together to create a combined platform.
Established in 2003, Concept specialises in the delivery of maintenance and compliance services in high-security environments, providing a wide range of services to clients and asset owners in the defence, government, and critical infrastructure end markets. The Company is headquartered in Chichester and operates across London, the South-East, South-West, Midlands, and North-East of England.
Concept has distinguished itself as a trusted industry leader through its client responsiveness and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality services, supported by a highly skilled workforce and an exceptional leadership team. The Company delivered £84 million of revenue in the financial year ending August 2025.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
