The group provides comprehensive property services including planned maintenance, responsive repairs, fire safety, decarbonisation, compliance, and refurbishment to clients across multiple sectors nationwide. There is no change to your current contracts, terms, or service level agreements. Concept will continue to operate under its existing legal entity and name, ensuring seamless continuity for all client agreements.
No. The entire Concept management, operations team, and site staff you work with daily remain in place. Daniel Perrett and Mark Willcocks continue to lead Concept as Managing Directors. You will retain your current points of contact.
Absolutely not. Our immediate priority is maintaining business as usual and guaranteeing zero disruption. All operational protocols, quality standards, and delivery schedules remain in force.
Concept will continue to operate under the name Concept for the foreseeable future. While our logos will be visually unified under the Axis CLC Group umbrella over the next few months, our trading identity remains the same.
You retain the local expertise of Concept but immediately gain:
