This prestigious project, to repurpose a disused railway station in order to provide critical, affordable housing in Hampshire, required us to source and lay the ground surfaces for the entire area.

  • Client: PMC Construction & Development Ltd
  • Construction Year: 2012
  • Location: Hampshire, United Kingdom
  • Duration: 12 Weeks
  • Sector: Government and Local Authorities

We worked closely with PMC construction to carefully select materials which would not only look good and provide durability, but which also met new health & safety criteria.

We sourced product samples from all over the world for the varying surfaces, all of which required coating, giving the client a range of options which were sympathetic to the renewed environment.

The selection made, we progressed to the laying of the surfaces, binding footpaths and applying resin and tar macadam to porous highway specification. We finished the area to a high standard with garden landscaping, creating a pleasing, open outdoor space.
