We were contracted to resurface the car parking area between the ‘Holby’ and ‘Eastenders’ lots. Concept’s specialist surfacing team recently completed urgent tarmac works for the Marriott Drilling Group (MDG) to various pathways and road crossings at Regents Park. The client was creating a borehole for the Park’s Estate Department and needed a reliable contractor to make good to the respective paths and crossings. However, there were only 24 hours to complete the works as a Park event was occurring within a day of completion, so Concept stepped up and did what was required to fulfil the client’s request – all to an above satisfactory level. Richard Marriott of MDG sent us this complimentary email stating how pleased he was with Concept’s work and the professionalism of our team members.
Concept have long been working with Emcor’s FM team over at Peacehaven Community School in East Sussex, helping to maintain and improve upon the school’s appearance. We recently provided decorating works to the school’s corridor systems and received the following thank you letter from Jason Wilkinson, Emcor’s account manager at Peacehaven, complimenting us on the high level of workmanship that we provided.
Concept were recently tasked with carrying out emergency compliant fire door works at Russets Care Home in Portsmouth. The previous attempt to rectify the doors had been carried out by others and were not to the satisfaction of the local authority Fire Officer and could have lead to possible closure of the home.
Concept were immediately requested to visit the home to survey and rectify the works. Once a thorough survey had taken place, our highly skilled operatives were put to work, all whilst being closely monitored by the Fire Officer. After successful completion, the works were signed off and the home was deemed as compliant and able to remain open.
Following on from the works our client sent us an email letting us know that himself and the Fire Officer had both agreed that the work carried out was excellent and the best they had seen.
